LOCATION: Veteran’s Memorial Park along JFK Drive (alongside and around tennis courts)

FEES: $200.00 rents a 10’ X 10’ space for 3 days. More than one space can be rented if enough space is available. Your space is 10’ X 10’, you display cannot leave your space and must be stationary during the festival. (You cannot go selling throughout the park, and you cannot drive your display off and return). This fee is nonrefundable as applicants will be turned away when spaces are filled.

THERE WILL BE NO PROMISE OR GUARANTEE OF SPACE GRANTED. ON OR ABOUT JUNE 17, THE BAY CITY FIREWORKS FESTIVAL BOARD WILL PLACE ALL COMPLETED APPLICATIONS IN A DRAWING FOR SPACES. AT THIS TIME, AS THE DRAWING TAKES PLACE, THE SPACES WILL BE ASSIGNED. NO ONE PERSON IS IN CHARGE OF THIS, AND WILL BE DONE AS A BOARD. IF THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, PLEASE CONSIDER THAT WITH YOUR APPLICATION. APPLICATION FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

REQUIREMENTS: Your APPLICATION, RENTAL FEE, AND PROOF OF TWO MILLION DOLLAR INSURANCE OR BCFF RIDER INSURANCE FEE must be returned together or application will not be considered. For $100 you can be added to the Bay City Fireworks Festival insurance as a rider. This insurance is required by the City of Bay City, and is non-negotiable. Your application will not be considered received until all requirements are received. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

ELECTICITY USE: The City of Bay City charges for use of their electricity. Any vendor that needs to have electricity will be charged $15.00 for the three-day weekend.

SET UP: Each vendor is responsible for his/her tent or trailer, tables and chairs. Everything you need to sell your merchandise must fit into your rented space. You may not set up until Thursday morning, and someone will be at the park by 9:00 a.m. to assist you finding your rented space. THERE WILL BE NO GUARANTEE OF CERTAIN SPACES.

SECURITY: There is security on the grounds 24 hours a day, but you are responsible for securing your lot and merchandise. The BCFF will not assume responsibility or liability for your display or merchandise.

RESTRICTIONS: THE BAY CITY FIREWORKS FESTIVAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY AND/OR RETURN APPLICATIONS AND FEES IF PRODUCTS DO NOT MEET FESTIVAL RULES/STANDARDS. There are insurance restrictions. In addition to the restrictions put in place by our insurance and the City of Bay City, we cannot allow glow products or carnival competitive food items in Traders Alley
