OPTION 1.) DOWNLOAD, COMPLETE AND MAIL IN APPLICATION FORM WITH CHECK OR MONEY ORDER FOR PROCESSING AND APPROVAL.

OPTION 2.) FILL OUT THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM AND PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION PAYMENT VIA CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL.

BASE APPLICATION FEE: $500.00

Regarding checks: You cannot send in a check unless you have talked to Earl Bovia (989.245.6376) and have approval to be a Festival vendor. If you send a check without approval it does not guarantee you a spot.

Food Vendor Application 2018
A $1 million liability insurance policy is required. Please include with this application a copy of your insurance policy. We can add you to our policy for a fee of $90.00 (include fee with application).

Please submit a copy of your insurance policy with this application.

A $1,000,000 liability policy is required, the Bay City Fireworks Festival and the City of Bay City must be added as additional insured.

We can add you to our policy for a fee of $90.00 (include fee with application).

All spaces requiring power will be within 150’ of power source, and all vendors are responsible to supply their own cords to reach the power source.

The festival operates in both Veterans Park and Wenonah Park. Here are the following hours of the two locations:

  • Veterans Park
    • July 5th: 12:00pm – 11:00pm
    • July 6th: 12:00pm – 11:00pm
    • July 7th: 12:00pm – 11:00pm
  • Wenonah Park
    • July 5th: 5:00pm – 11:00pm
    • July 6th: 5:00pm – 11:00pm
    • July 7th: 12:00pm – 11:00pm

 

These hours of operation are approximations only and you will be notified if they change. You may open any time prior to these times that you wish. Veterans Park does open much earlier, however, vendors are not required to operate until 5:00 pm.

*Veterans Park is much larger and spread out with a carnival midway in operation.

*Wenonah Park is much smaller with a $5.00 fee being charged for patrons to enter the park for the entertainment that is provided. BCFF will direct all vendors to their assigned location upon arrival to the festival site.

  • Check or Money Order for full payment payable to Bay City Fireworks Festival
  • Certificate as indicated above
  • Sample Menu (including a list of prices)
  • Picture of your vending set-up
